Typhoon Fung-wong Relief in the Philippines

One month since Typhoon Kalmaegi. Recovery is still underway. In the hard-to-reach upland communities of Compostela, Cebu, the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies is supporting the Philippine Red Cross to reach families who were among the last to receive help.
