We are investigating a potential arson want to speak to the man pictured in this video. Emergency services were called to a fire at a flat in Langtry Grove, New Basford, on 16 November. The flames on the top floor of the three-storey flat were quickly put out by firefighters, around 10.25pm. None of the occupants at the address are believed to have been in while this was all taking place. A police investigation has since been launched to determine whether the fire could’ve been lit deliberately.
