Nov 28, 2017 · I opened the local files again, right-clicked on re7.exe > properties > compatibility and checked "Run this program as administrator", then ran re7.exe. What happened after is that re7 seemed to try and start twice, and so asked me the permission as an admin twice, and then the game finally launched.

4790k I7 GTX 1080 Gigabyte UD3H-BK 16GB Crucial Dominator Newest Nvidida Drivers since the day they released Samsung 55JS8500 HDR Enabled TV So been playing all week no problem HDR works great game runs well enough at 4k and I'm about 2/3rds finished stopped playing for 3 days and come back tonight to finish and the game won't run in full screen no matter what I try.

Jan 24, 2017 · HDR doesnt require any changing of values, but Sharpening does. - Ctrl-Left Click the Adaptive Sharpening value when asked to (it's set to 1.0) and change it to 2.0. - You may need to turn up the brightness a bit because of the HDR. Sorry if the steps are a bit out of order, I was just doing them by memory. #7.

Dec 26, 2022 · The PC version will always be better than any of the console versions (depending on your hardware and settings to some degree - if you have high end hardware you can leave the consoles in the dust). Nov 8, 2018 · It gets rid of shimering since the option "On" is experimental on PC), Render mode to Normal (gets rid of flickering) Shadows to High (aleviate lines) and the AA option that gives you the best results. It should look just as good or better than the base console version unless you have a potato PC or non-gaming laptop.

Even if you disable HDR and adjust the gamma, black levels, and brightness it still looks very bad. You must set game to borderless windowed mode to fix.
