Is there a way to print the complete check from Quicken?
Eh, I can't get VersaCheck to let me print checks without the name/date/etc. Also, I have quite a few accounts I print checks out of (much to my chagrin) so that's why it's nice to be able to just print the entire thing whenever you need one instead of ordering a whole bunch for multiple accounts, and then going through them so slowly.

Since you have already entered these transactions, you will need to change the check number to PRINT. This will allow this transactions to be printed on checks when you File:Print Checks. In the future, command+j (or Transactions:Write Checks) will create a new printed check.

I went through 'Tools' and 'Write and Print Checks' to create a check to print. I recorded the check, went next to 'Checks to Print' - answered all the questions, tho it's different from previous versions I've used. At the bottom I select 'ok', and nothing happens. I have been printing Quicken checks for at least 10 years with no problem.

My 2cents' worth: I use Voucher Checks (1 business size check + 2 stubs on an 8.5x11" sheet). My printers do not have a manual feed tray or 2nd paper tray that can easily be reconfigured to feed partial pages (1 or 2 checks left from a 3-checks-per-page sheet), so for my occasional check printing needs Voucher Checks are easiest to use.
