I've tried different other bios flash (same familly 1660S series) of different model (for instance gamig X 1660s) but games are now unstable, it often crashs. This fans speed is limited at bios level, unable to go below 41% even with Afterburner.

I tested this by manually setting a constant speed but the RPM readings would go from the manually set speed to over 4000 RPM for the short burst. Interestingly, when setting the fan to 100% manually, the fans wouldn't spin as fast as it had been during those bursts. The issue was now very consistant with the more demanding games.
