Oct 16, 2024 · Support for macOS 11.0 (Big Sur) has been discontinued. Installing the 20.x versions on macOS 11.0 or older isn't possible. The 20.x versions of InDesign are not supported on Rosetta. Mac users can continue to use the 20.0 version on Apple silicon and Intel-based Mac.

Jul 8, 2024 · 1. sounds like you accidentally have a Character Style applied to text which interferes with manually applying a typeface font. It would interfere with the Paragraph Style font. 2. sounds like a partially corrupt document. Try exporting to IDML then reopening the resulting IDML and saving to a new INDD file.
