Feb 6, 2018 · Don’t use a lot since the flavor is powerful. I also used some Asiago with mozzarella in the cheese which I think was key to the flavor. I brushed the crust with olive oil and par baked it about 2 minutes, then very lightly brushed more oil on the cheese when it came out. Finished with oregano and basil before cutting it.
