Jan 31, 2021 · Absurdly easy cultist victory strategy. This is an easy way to win pretty much any war, which makes it great for any victory type you want to pursue. It requires a few things to work: 1- you need to be far enough into the faction quest line that you get the tech which gives you an extra 3 units upon converting a minor faction settlement.
