Henrietta Catherine Knight (born 15 December 1946) is an English Thoroughbred racehorse trainer. Knight is best known as a trainer of National Hunt racehorses.

Hen has been involved with horses all her life. In the 1980s she trained over 100 Point-to-Point winners. From 1989-2012 she held a Trainer's License and had over 700 winners including Best Mate winning three Cheltenham Gold Cups and Edredon Bleu winning the Queen Mother Champion Chase.
