The Mavericks unveiled the new court in Arlington with Green holding court, quite literally, as the nets were cut and the first clinic was given on the new sports court.

Each season, the Mavs Foundation selects local non-profits or community organizations in need of new basketball courts for recreational and community purposes. This is an in-kind project to refurbish or replace existing courts or gyms in need of repair.

On January 12, 2024, the Dallas Mavericks and the Mavs Foundation held a court dedication ceremony at the Cedar Crest Community Center in the South Oak Cliff neighborhood in Dallas. The beloved 8-acre center has served the community for over 50 years.
