The voting is underway for the high-stakes Assembly elections in Delhi on Wednesday (February 5). The fate of 699 candidates will be sealed in a contest that could reshape the political landscape of the national capital.

Delhi will vote in 70 assembly constituencies on February 5, 2025, with schools, colleges, and government offices closed for the elections. Results will be announced on February 8. Liquor shops will also be closed from February 3 to 5 due to the voting.

Till 1 pm, voter turnout stood at 33.31% across 70 Assembly constituencies in Delhi. Northeast Delhi recorded the highest voter turnout at 39.51% and Central Delhi recorded the lowest at 29.74%.
