Jane Fonda and Bill Maher agree that they’re not fans of President-elect Donald Trump — but their shared opinion seems to end there. The “Grace and Frankie” star was a guest on Sunday’s episode of Maher’s “Club Random” podcast, during which he gave his thoughts on why Trump won the 2024 election.

Talk show host Bill Maher suggested he’d rather quit his HBO show Real Time With Bill Maher than cover more news surrounding President-elect Donald Trump. Maher admitted to actress Jane Fonda on his Club Random podcast Sunday that he felt like “s***ing my pants” ahead of Trump taking office in January.

Maher readily acknowledges that, though he fails to get her excited about things like Kylie Jenner dressing up as Barbarella. Fonda doesn’t know or much care about being a youth idol, beyond that young people tend to share her causes.
