An affordable housing developer has plans to add another complex and hundreds of homes on Alum Rock Avenue in East San Jose.
Student housing construction at People’s Park site going as planned
The site is expected to house more than 1,100 undergraduates and 100 former homeless people once completed at the start of the 2027-28 academic school year.
