The frozen region of Jotunheim is where players can find the Ice Wyverns in ARK Fjordur. Like the Lighting Wyverns, players need to access the portal at coordinates 40.80 - 57.30 and enter Jotunheim.

Ark Fjordur Obsidian Location #3 Right above the Helms Deep, you will find some more obsidian spawning next to metal and rocks at 31.8 Latitude and 67.2 Longitude.
