The Heart Pin is an early game accessory that you find during the main quest. When equipped, it boosts the rate at which hearts appear from pots, crates, and defeated enemies.

The pins available are a crate, door, person, skull, star, heart, tick, puzzle piece and a fish. Once you know which icon you wish to use, scroll over and confirm it with X.
