Ohio Gov. Mike DeWine has declared a state of emergency in three northeast Ohio counties in response to heavy snow with more on the way.

A new round of heavy lake-effect snow is hitting areas across the Great Lakes already blanketed by multiple feet of snow. Watch this video to go inside some Ohio neighborhoods that were brought to a standstill.

Drone footage captured by Kelly Matter shows scenes from Lake County, located about 30 miles east of Cleveland, blanketed with snow, including a dog frolicking in the deep snow and a boat navigating a snow-lined river.
