A TikTok influencer has been arrested after allegedly flaunting stolen goods from Target to her 350,000 followers. Marlena Velez, 22, who goes by the TikTok handle @marlenavelezz, raised suspicion after she posted a video titled "day in the life as a mom" wearing the same clothing at the same Target store that a theft had been reported.
