The incoming president has tapped five attorneys who have been on his legal team to serve in government roles.

Pam Bondi’s tenure as Florida’s attorney general shows she is ambitious, transactional and ethically challenged, writes columnist Scott Maxwell.

Bondi first met with Sen. Chuck Grassley (R-IA), the next chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee — the panel responsible for vetting her nomination. She later met with the committee’s current ranking member, Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-SC).
