White radishes are usually ready for harvest in about 4-6 weeks after planting, depending on the variety. You can tell they are ready when they reach a size of 1-2 inches in diameter.

White Radish is a long, sweeter variety to the spicy more widely popular relative the red covered radish. The length of these makes for easy slicing, (and layering onto a sandwich or salad).
