On Friday, at 8:30 p.m., a plastic bag was reported near a walking trail in Spout Run Parkway, according to a press release from the Animal Welfare League of Arlington.

Police received a 911 call around 11:15 a.m. about a man who was found unconscious and unresponsive inside of the black plastic bag at Whitlock Avenue and Bruckner Boulevard, police said.
