For Geno Smith's first preseason game with the Las Vegas Raiders, he had to face his former team, the Seattle Seahawks. One fan near the tunnel that the Raiders ran out of held a sign that read, "Bigger bust — Geno or JaMarcus Russell.

Smith and Raiders defensive end Maxx Crosby were seen making obscene gestures toward Seahawks fans as they entered the field Thursday night for their preseason game. The gestures — giving the fans the double bird — were similar to what Lions safety Brian Branch was fined for last November in a game against the Packers.
