“Disease resistant” means the cultivar is less susceptible to common diseases. Resistance to certain diseases is often designated on tags or descriptions by letters such as A,V,F,N or T.
First, use tomato varieties with resistance to fungal wilts. Resistant plants are labeled VF on the plant tag or in the plant description, to indicate disease resistance.
