The National Weather Service issued a tsunami watch for the West Coast after an earthquake struck off Russia's Kamchatka region on July 29.

CENTRAL COAST, Calif. — All tsunami advisories have been canceled for coastal zones of California’s Central Coast, covering Santa Barbara and San Luis Obispo counties.
