That concern is beginning to dissipate. Over the last nine games, Kasper has five goals (along with three assists), and playing on a line with Dylan Larkin and Lucas Raymond, the scoring chances are increasing, you can see the offensive attributes Kasper has, and there's simply more confidence in his game.

DETROIT – The Detroit Red Wings won a game for the ages Saturday – sort of. Their oldest and youngest players combined to lead them to a 2-0 victory over the Tampa Bay Lightning at Little Caesars Arena.
The Red Wings (23-21-5, 51 points) have won back-to-back games, both with Talbot in net. Talbot is 7-1-0 in his past eight starts. The one loss was a 5-1 setback at Tampa Bay Jan. 18 when he was pulled after two periods.
