The team conducted a virtual interview with its former offensive coordinator, current Philadelphia Eagles OC Kellen Moore, on Friday.
On Monday night, just hours after McCarthy's exit was made official, ESPN's NFL Insider, Adam Schefter reported that Sanders had spoken to Jones. Schefter also reported a quote from Sanders who considers the opportunity amazing but is currently satisfied coaching in Boulder.
