Double-click to select the down arrow in the Character Map window. Click the "Copy" button. Go to Facebook; click where you want the arrow to appear and press "Ctrl" and "V" to paste the arrow symbol.

The Up/Down arrow will disappear. In this case, however, you will not be able to access the hidden icons. It will not show all the icons.
