Edoardo Bove is stable in hospital after his harrowing and sudden collapse which caused Fiorentina's Serie A clash with champions Inter Milan to be suspended on Sunday, as Scott McTominay kept Napoli top in a 1-0 win at Torino.

Scott McTominay scored the only goal as Napoli won at Torino to extend their lead at the top of Serie A to four points. The Scotland midfielder struck on 31 minutes to give Napoli their second straight win since the international break. The 27-year-old now has four goals from 12 games since joining Napoli from Manchester United in August.

A first-half goal by Scott McTominay earned leaders Napoli a 1-0 win at Torino in Serie A on Sunday to keep them clear at the top of the standings.

Scott McTominay made sure that Napoli will stay top of Serie A for at least another week with the only goal in Sunday's 1-0 win at Torino while challengers Lazio fell to a 3-1 defeat at Parma.Napoli would have left Turin with a heftier goal haul had Torino goalkeeper Vanja Milinkovic-Savic not pulled off a series of top class saves.
