Former couple Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck are taking drastic action to try to offload their marital mansion, slashing a staggering $8 million off the original $68 million asking price in a move that could well see the duo taking a huge financial loss on the home.

Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez have slashed the price on their Beverly Hills mansion following their split. Us Weekly can confirm that the listing price for the sprawling home - which has 12 bedrooms and 24 bathrooms - was reduced from $68 million to $59.

The 38,000-square-foot estate was first listed by the former couple in July 2024, one month before Jennifer Lopez officially filed for divorce from Ben Affleck after two years of marriage.
