Vimeo is offering 4K, but it's download-only. Why not stream it? Vimeo thinks it's a bit early to think about 4K streaming via their service.

Vimeo has introduced the option to download select videos in 4K. Pro members and On Demand sellers can now permit viewers to save their ultra-crisp footage locally and view it offline.
