Elon Musk’s Tesla woes are continuing to pile up. Tesla has faced a number of issues since President Donald Trump’s inauguration, including plummeting stock prices, fewer deliveries of its electric vehicles and mass protests against Musk at its dealerships.

Tesla delivered 13 per cent fewer cars in the first quarter of this year, it has said, amid growing backlash to Elon Musk. The company is facing a host of problems, including criticism of chief executive Musk’s role in the Trump government as well as increased competition and an aging line up of electric vehicles.

Tesla delivered 336,681 vehicles in the first quarter. The Elon Musk-led company experienced a 13 percent drop in deliveries.
