Once one Ruby and one Gel Sack are gathered, Aerogel can be crafted in the Fabricator of Subnautica: Below Zero. Simply head to the Fabricator, submit the items, and create the Aerogel.

Fabricator will help you with the crafting and Medical Kit Fabricator will keep you healthy once it regenerates every 30 minutes. You can also use Lifepod for its storage behind the ladder.
