Nonprofits concerned over federal funding freeze
Thursday will be sunny and warmer, with most areas seeing temperatures back in the low 50s by afternoon. The storm track returns to the region on Friday, and it will send several systems our way through next week. Expect valley wind and rain and Sierra rain and snow. Snow levels will ride high through the weekend, mainly above 7,000'. By early next week, colder air will bring snow levels down. Be prepared to this return of active weather as February arrives. -Jeff
