By using recycled content in its vehicles and ensuring its parts are recyclable, Ford is leading the industry in recycling efforts. Ford’s goal is to have its vehicles be 100 percent recyclable.
The next phase aims to increase this percentage further. The recycled foam will be part of a new "circular seat," which is projected to reduce CO 2 emissions by half while maintaining performance.
