Paris Saint-Germain have booked their place in the Champions League final after a 2-1 (3-1 on aggregate) victory over Arsenal on Wednesday at the Parc des Princes. The Parisians went ahead only 27 minutes into the match after a rocket of a shot from Fabian Ruiz following a set piece that Arsenal couldn't clear.

Gianluigi Donnarumma put in a colossal performance in goal and Paris Saint-Germain scored two sensational goals to beat Arsenal 2-1 on the night, 3-1 on aggregate, to set up a showdown in the Champions League final against Inter Milan.

Since the club's inception in 1970, PSG have never won the UEFA Champions League. The Parisians have participated in 17 Champions League campaigns throughout their history, but haven't been able to reach the summit of European soccer.
