West Indies grabbed a monumental victory against Pakistan in Multan, their first since 1990 on Pakistani soil. This win, spurred by a young team thriving in challenging conditions, not only equalized the series but demonstrated the squad's potential and determination,

The victory is West Indies’ first in Pakistan since winning the Faisalabad Test in November 1990. Pakistan won the first Test by 127 runs, also in Multan. However, the second Test victory lifted West Indies to eighth in the World Test Championship, having started the series on ninth and last.

Left-arm spinner Noman Ali continued to prosper on a turning pitch with a match haul of 10 wickets as West Indies slipped to 129-5 on Day 2 of the second cricket test.
