Mayor LaToya Cantrell, city representatives and Southern University and Grambling State officials will be giving an update at 10 a.m. Monday, Nov. 25 at the Caesars Superdome. Special events this week include the Bayou Classic Thanksgiving Day Parade, Battle of the Bands and Greek Show and a fan festival.
