Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Tuesday launched a sharp attack against former Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal ahead of the Delhi elections and also took repeated jibes at Rahul Gandhi in his reply to the motion of thanks to the President's Address as he emphasised that the BJP-led government believes in ensuring resources are spent towards public welfare.

In a 1 hr 40-minute address to House, PM also counters the Opposition’s accusations against his government over the Constitution, targets Congress’s caste census pitch.
