Microsoft currently allows Windows 8 Pro users to gain the Windows Media Center (WMC) feature set for free by downloading and installing a Windows 8 Media Center pack from its website.

The free app will be available in the Microsoft Store under the News section starting today. It will be supported on Windows 8, Windows 8 Pro, and Windows RT tablets and computers.
