The queue to enter the NYRR website is over an hour long on Wednesday afternoon due to “higher than normal web traffic,” a message on the website warns visitors.

All hunters who are successfully chosen for a blind must claim their permit by Aug. 7. If there are any leftover permits by the application deadline, there will be a leftover drawing Aug. 22.
