Logitech also announced two new mice that are compatible with the charging mouse pad: the G703 and G903. The G903 is a minor upgrade to the G900, one of the company’s high-end wireless gaming mice.

Logitech turned the mouse pad into a wireless charger and they’re calling the Powerplay. That means the G903 is constantly being charged as it glides across the surface.

Pate said the wireless charging is guaranteed to work with Logitech mouse pads. That’s because the material has to be thin enough so that the energy can reach the Power Core battery in the G903.
