Lisa Fredericksen talked with WEAR News on Tuesday. She described her daughter Kadance as the light of her and her husband's lives, saying the teen had the world in the palm of her hand.

Kadance was pronounced dead at the scene. The 56-year-old man who drove the opposite vehicle sustained minor injuries, according to a Florida Highway Patrol crash report obtained by E! News.
