SMYTH COUNTY, Va. (WCYB) — A motorcyclist has died following a crash in Smyth County, according to Virginia State Police.

James Soto, 55, of Harrisburg, was charged with vehicular homicide this week in connection to the April 3 crash in Dauphin County that killed Sharon M. Bentler, 51.
