Sweet disguise: Dulles customs agents discover 28 pounds of cocaine hidden in hot chocolate
STERLING, Va. — Criminals busted at Washington Dulles International Airport gave new meaning to the phrase "cocoa powder." Customs and Border Protection officers recently found more than 28 pounds of cocaine hidden inside packages of hot chocolate.
For a tall Mexican hot chocolate, ask for 1 pump of mocha syrup, 1 pump of white mocha syrup and 2 pumps of cinnamon syrup.
