After taking two of three from the top-ranked Texas Longhorns, the Florida Gators find themselves back near top 10 in Baseball America's rankings.

Head coach Kevin O’Sullivan has never missed the NCAA Tournament and it looks like that streak will continue past the 2025 season. Florida is looking for their third straight College World Series appearance, which only three programs can accomplish in 2025 (Florida, Virginia, Tennessee).

Texas and Florida closed out a weekend series at UFCU Disch-Falk Field with the Gators' 4-1 win on Sunday. That victory locked up a series victory for Florida (35-18, 13-14), which opened its first-ever regular-season series against UT with Friday’s 8-2 victory. Texas (40-10, 20-7) recorded a 5-2 win on Saturday.
