Oregon is home to nine retail casinos — all operated by the state’s federally recognized Native American tribes. None of these casinos have licenses to offer online gambling websites or apps.

Oregon’s elected officials have maintained that such a move would be illegal, as it violates the state policy that allows one casino per tribe, on their reservation land, in the state.
