With kids back in school, U.S. Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand has announced a bill to provide free breakfast, lunch, and dinner to all schoolchildren. It’s called the Universal School Meals Program Act.

STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand (D-N.Y.) pushed Thursday for the passage of a piece of legislation that would provide breakfast, lunch, dinner and a snack to all schoolchildren.
