Type an invoice format, such as "finance charges," "sales invoices" or "service invoices," into the Search Templates text box and click "Search." A gallery of invoice templates appears.

Select a template from the "Template" menu or use the default invoicing template. Fill in the customer information, including billing, shipping address, shipping type and the sales date.
