Authorities freed a bear from having its head stuck in a plastic jar last weekend in Wisconsin. The Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources (DNR) partnered with the U.S. Department of Agriculture to help the unlucky bear that was observed moving across Bayfield, Douglas and Sawyer Counties.
