Onni intends to preserve 42,000 square feet of commercial buildings along Wilshire Boulevard, including an Art Deco building that houses a U.S. Post Office that inspired the new design.

Most tenants are small businesses. The biggest, law firm Kleinberg Kaplan Wolff & Cohen, leases 50,000 square feet through 2023 and the second-biggest, publisher W.W. Norton, has 30,000 through 2039.
