It plans to use the A350-1000 on the Toronto route from 1 October and Tel Aviv in the first half of December, with Bangalore following in February 2020. BA is to take an initial 18 of the type.

BA has flown the A350 to the Kenyan capital since 2023. The type will operate year-round in 2025 and be the only equipment flown on the route, which covers 3,687 nautical miles (6,828 km) each way.
